As someone with a gluten allergy, finding good takeout pizza can be a real challenge. Too often, gluten-free crusts taste crumbly, chewy, or artificial. Tillsonburg has a few hidden gems, but Pizza Time has quickly risen to the top of my list. They offer a variety of gluten-friendly options, including a fantastic cauliflower crust, a traditional gluten-free crust, and even a keto-friendly one. What truly stands out is that the flavor and texture never suffer. The crusts taste authentic, the toppings are fresh, and the ingredients are clearly real and high quality. Every slice delivers the full pizza experience without compromise. The staff are extraordinarily kind, helpful, and welcoming, which only adds to the experience. My husband, who does not follow a gluten-free diet, has also been impressed by the taste and quality of everything he has tried from the menu. We first stopped in on a whim, but I’m so glad we did. With the combination of genuine flavor, quality ingredients, and thoughtful service, I doubt we’ll be visiting many other pizza shops from here on out. If you haven’t checked out Pizza Time yet, I highly recommend it.

My wife and I visited Pizza Time for the first time and were very pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of gluten-free options on the menu. She tried the cauliflower crust and absolutely loved it — and so did I, even though I’m not usually a fan of cauliflower! I’m not gluten free myself and have really enjoyed their regular crust too. So far we’ve tried the Caesar, Whiskey BBQ, Pickle, and Donair pizzas, and every one of them has been fantastic. The staff are wonderful—friendly and attentive. We’ll definitely be returning customers!

Green and Undercooked Bacon I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and bacon strips and was disgusted to find several pieces of bacon that were completely green and raw. It wasn’t just undercooked it was slimy, pale, and smelled horrible. When I lifted the cheese, I could see how unsafe it was to eat. I brought it back immediately, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. No one asked what was wrong or looked at the food they were only concerned with how much money to refund me (55$). No apology, no accountability, no concern for how serious this could be. I’ve attached photos. Absolutely unacceptable. I’ll never order from here again.

Great Pizza tasted awesome but I also got 2lb of wings and it was serverly overcooked and dry, couldn't eat them. Tillson Pizza has the best wings in town
