If I could give 0 stars I would. Please make sure if your looking into buying their home that you take your inspections seriously. After moving in the neighbors yard next door had SEVERE draining issue, so they had to come dig in our yard to fix it and now our yard has a creek bed which also comes along with lawn grass clippings and other junk after it rains. Not to mention they built the ENTIRE home next door, less that 5 feet from our property line (approx 2 feet). They have done little to try and remedy an issue that was clearly their fault, and something that in NO WAY should ever happen with a reputable builder. Both of these issues should never happen after homes are completely built. We have been unhappy with our build, the company and their disregard for following protocols and lack of trying to make things right. We only went with Nu Homes because of the amount of land we were getting is hard to find now a days. Now I'm not sure it's worth all the issues as we can't even enjoy our yard the way we would like to because of the HUGE mess they've made back there. Don't get me started on the inside of the house and everything else we've had issues with.

If it was possible to give them a zero I sure would. Do your research before buying from this builder. After several attempts over several months to get a hold of someone to get our one year warranty touch up we get a hold of somebody just to have them tell us it’s been over a year so we no longer get the touch up. Funny thing is, the things we need touched up were a) pointed out before, during, and after purchasing the home and b) things they “fixed” but did not finish. Crown molding was temporarily fixed for the walk through and now looks horrible, when they finally fixed the attic stair case they failed to paint the new trim (had to make the hole bigger because the stairs installed did not reach the floor). They make many promises but once you’re in the home they ghost you. “ DON’T “ give them your hard earned money on empty promises.

If I could leave a ZERO star review I would. Terrible communication, terrible custom service, terrible everything. When we went in to discuss our home "upgrades" they didn't even know the layout of our house or basically anything about it. Don't ever expect them to fix anything. We've had the same crack in our crown molding "fixed" 3 times by their so-called warranty service and the crack eventually always comes back. 100% do not recommend.
