I'm giving NV Kitchen & Bath (Richmond) 5 stars because they have always made things right and their #1 priority was making the customer happy. I started working with Andrew (designer) in July 2022 for a Kitchen and 2.5 bathroom remodel in our house. He was extremely helpful with my vision and listened to what I wanted. Our products he picked out were great and we get compliments on the design of the kitchen and bathrooms all the time. Once demo started, there were numerous issues for such a large project and we did not have a Project Manager at the time. Our reno took longer than expected and then had plumbing and tile/grout problems for up to a year after due to contractor negligence. Since then, NV Kitchen has made it right by re-doing the work, replacing with a better contracting team, and added Jacob to the team as the PM who was extremely helpful in the later success of our project. Frank and Andrew were very helpful in the beginning stages - Andrew would go above and beyond what a designer would be doing to make sure I'm happy with my project. Then Jacob was added to the team who implemented new processes and organizational tips to turn around our project. Frank was willing to work with my husband and I on some things which we really appreciate it. Overall, our project had wonderful products and design thanks to Andrew and I'm extremely thankful for Jacob for stepping in and overseeing the remainder of our time with NV Kitchen and Bath

We love our new Kitchen! We had a technically difficult kitchen project, as a brick and block wall (former exterior wall in our previously renovated home) had to be demolished, with the insertion of a steel beam in the ceiling. NV allowed us to use a contractor who had done previous work for us, and this gave us a certain degree of comfort. Jan who met with us several times, at our home as well as in NV's showroom [where we always enjoyed Frank's smiling face and great suggestions] provided a great layout design that suited all of our needs perfectly! With a keen eye for design, color, and functionality, she patiently helped us work through many iterations of plans until we finally came up with the perfect "modern rustic" kitchen of our dreams! She had the extra bandwith to help us additionally renovate the mudroom adjacent to the kichen, which has been an unexpected and invaluable bonus. Our home had been renovated and added onto twice previously, so in addition to the structural obstacles stated above, there were plumbing and electrical obstacles. We wish there had been better communication between our contractor and NV, but we didn't mind being the liason. Jacob, who was in charge of coordinating the cabinet and countertop installations, did a nice job overall. As expected with a project of this size, there were a few misordered items and shipment errors, but NV eventually made everything right. It was evident that the installers had many projects going on simultaneously, which resulted in some prolonged delays in getting punchlist items addressed, but in the end we got the kitchen of our dreams! Great experience with Jan and the team at NV. They were able to get me matching cabinets for my master bathroom over the washer & dryer. The installer was great and did a perfect job.

NV Kitchen and Bath converted our half bath to full bathroom and they did fantastic job in completing the job on time. Everything was done as per the project plan, they provided us the design before the start and completed it by the spec. We will consider them for any project in future
