» Customer Experiences:
Tom did an amazing work with our garage today in Burlington! He knew exactly what was the problem, explained, fixes! I really recommend him.
Mike, the technician, is always knowledgeable and professional. He goes beyond the initial service call by maintaining other components without an extra charge. On time and a great company overall. Quick and efficient Today he replaced my keypad and tweaked some cables to make the door quieter. Phone receptionists are also courteous and effective in communicating.
Prompt service = no. They made an appointment right away but then they didnt have the right parts with them to make the repair. So they had to come out again. Thats a waste of my time. Then they canceled the appt because they changed their mind about Saturday availability of they crew. When the guy finally made the repair to the springs, he couldnt level the door so I had to make another appt for a more experienced guy to come out for the 3rd visit. It took weeks to repair so the initial fast appt was false hope. Quality of work = fair to poor. First guy couldnt get it done. 2nd guy was supposed to be more experienced but still couldnt adjust the door to close all the way at the floor. He charged me another $250 to put a new weather seal on the bottom of the door but daylight is still coming under the door. He blamed it on the floor being slightly off- level, which seems true; however before the repair the door used to close tight to the floor. I think the more likely problem is that they put the wrong springs on, or they just dont know how to adjust correctly. Price = expected price, not a bargin but not too excessive either. Overall = I would not use this company again. But the guy did say its a 5 yr warrantee on the springs... and since I'm pretty sure they used the wrong ones so I'm expecting they will fail in less than 5 yrs so I will probably have them back out to replace those springs again!
