There is no patient portal to see appointment notes and test results. They don't call, email or snail mail with the test results from the last visit. They don't schedule the next visit or any appointment for more than 30 days in the future. They don't remind patients when they need to schedule their next appointment. THEY DO NOT send for medical records from previous doctors as they advertise. I had prescriptions that needed to be refilled and one of them that they refused to refill. Why bother to provide information to them regarding previous health care providers and prescriptions that they requested on the first visit if they're not going to contact prior medical providers if they have questions?? Their ads claim that they do things that clearly they don't do. The staff is pleasant, but their medical practice is quite inadequate. I am no longer a patient of Oak Street. I found a PCP that is superb. They do all the things that Oak Street doesn't do. I DO NOT recommend Oak Street.

My first visit today was reassuring. I'm looking for a place that cares about my health. The people I met were warm and friendly and my NP answered questions I had and concerns. I believe I'm gonna really like it there. They care about keeping us healthy not waiting until I'm sick and need care. I like that

Frustrating to come to the plaza to find the clinic's van parked in the handicapped parking space. No plate or placard authorizing handicapped parking. Health care facility can do better. Patients need those spaces. Clients of neighboring businesses need them too.
