I am very disappointed with this place. I have been trying for a month to get a referral to a specialist. I finally had to go to the office, and all I got was excuses why the referral was not ready. I was told after waiting 30 min that the referral would be faxed over today. We will see. Doctors here are okay, but this is big company medicine!!

So far, I have never seen any doctor office waiting arias so clean and welcoming. Here, I don't feel like a patient more like a guest. ❤️

I was very impressed with the tests and questions from staff about my health. I had never had tests for my circulation before and staff have set me up with a referral for an incontinence problem that I was previously told would be permanent. It would be such a relief to have the problem reduced or at least find other treatments than no treatments at all.

Thank you for a very good experience for one who had not chosen to change doctors...but was forced by a change to insurance network. Oak Street Health made the change acceptable.
