The locked door, before you actually go into the clinic rooms,some black girl with the balled-up pony tail was a bit ignorant. I left my client with the medical assistant to run to my car to get my wallet. I come back in knock on the door she and another patient looks. (Patient was about to help) She stated quickly you have to wait, I said my client is back there(mind you I just ran out ) she makes this horse-like kind of smile and states again, you still have to wait. (As if I’m immediately controlling her, saying that she could’ve opened it then) So I go to the actual front and ask the nice girl, just when she was about to help, then she opens up the damn door. Her mood was not professional!! People like that ruin a place of business. She could’ve told the patient to do it. This is my 5th time with my client here. Before that experience I would give 5 stars. What a shame!

My mother is a patient at this facility and yesterday she was seen by a NP M Keese. I had questions about her visit yesterday. I called and spoke to her Ms Keese, she was extremely rude and did not listed to my concerns, she was very dismissive. I feel she behaved this way because she could not answer my questions concerning dementia. In my opinion, my 84 year old mother received sub standard care and I will be moving her from this facility ASAP. PLEASE beware and ask questions. If she treated me in this manner, how did she treat the patient, my mother.

Hello hi to whom it may concern I was just there the other day I had a terrible visit it wasn't because of Dr Brian Kirk's but it was because of my situation maybe instead of him saying that I was completely negative and it wasn't in the picture at all he could have simply told me that he was going to talk to my OBGYN and then get back to me as far as the pregnancy is concerned he should not have flat out told me that it just wasn't so that's the part that kind of upset me I am so sorry for anything I may have done or any concerns that I may have brought up even I'm sorry to be so mean and rude I was already having a bad day but I apologize and to whom it may concern you guys have a blessed day and thank you thank you Brian Dr Brian Kurtz

Dr. Kurtz his male nurse and the young woman who took notes were wonderful ..My experience with the staff out front was pleasant as well. Thanks for the great care and attention I receive every time from all the staff at Oak Street Health❤️
