I would get second opinions visiting this Facility. THIS is based on our experience in 2022 beginning of 2023 (with a Family Member) and as a Family we werenot PLEASED!!! We decided to take Family member to another Dr.Unfortunately too LATE. Some of the people @ Front desk in our opinion werenot always talking about "PROFESSIONAL STUFF" Again our opinions are based on experience with this Facility from 2022 beginning of 2023 Out of fairness not sure how it is NOW!! I wished I could say more but I willnot.

I was very pleased when first visiting Oak St. Health Spartanburg. They seemed to generally care about the patience. After a visit earlier this year, I was told they would see me again in 2 months, and they would contact me. It has been over 4 months, and there has been no contact. I have tried a couple of times to contact them with no success. Checking their website, it appears that the staff is down to two nurse practitioners and no doctor. Time to find another primary care.
