My experience at the Oakland Chevrolet was great! From my first phone call with Juan to leaving with my dream car, the process went seamlessly! My only complaint is, I would like a copy of my paperwork. I did call and request a copy was told it would be emailed and I have not yet received it. Other than that. I was very happy.
I purchased a used 2018 Impala Premier on June 17th It had a studder in the transmission. The service department said they would fix it and I could pick it up tomorrow. I came back the next day and signed the contract. As I drove home it still had trouble. I returned the next day and they said we will check it out. I was told they replaced the cooling lines and flushed it twice. I drove back to my house. It still has a problem I took it to a shop that said the transmission could be broken. I drove back to Oakland Chevrolet Upset! They said they will find out what the trouble is on July 1 /2024 I left the car with them. No calls were returned after the first week! I called again the second week got no answers! I called again the third week and was told that the transmission needs to be replaced. It is in LA and is shipped this week. The CEO? Head guy said I should get a service contract for my used car I said good idea, for $2000 for two years. I agree when I picked up my car today
