I recently upgraded my lease at Oakland Kia. I highly recommend James P. to anyone that is looking for a helpful, efficient, honest and kind salesmen to walk you through the car-buying process. James was available to answer all my questions, both in-person and over the phone, and helped expedite the buying process. He gave me options and ensured that I got all of my desired car features. He also walked me through the financing and lease agreement process. Charles was also super helpful with ensuring that my new car was in great shape and connected to my Kia account. Richard Kim was our sales rep. He was super responsive, very knowledgeable and personable. If he didn’t know the answer to a question, he looked it up. He remembered us from a previous appointment a month earlier, so we were able to move on quickly with him when we were ready to move forward. We were also impressed with his manager, who completed the Lease with us. It’s a busy location, which made some of the maneuvering of test driving a little tricky, but everybody was super friendly and helpful without being pushy.
