Have been renting a storage unit at the Little Creek Road location for some time now. Have been very satisfied with the facility for its location and cleanliness. I wanted to downsize to a smaller unit and stopped by the office to discuss possibilities. I consulted with Donna, one of the administrative staff, and must say that I was very impressed with the level of customer service that she provided. Some adjectives that come to mind are thoughtful, considerate, courteous and thorough! The experience elevated my day and for that I’m thankful.

I was in an emergency situation where I needed storage. I was a college student at Old Dominion University, and my items needed to be moved somewhere for me to be able to return home for the summer. Rebecca at Ocean Storage has always been a wonderful manager that always ensures that my items are well taken care of. I appreciate her so much, and Ocean Storage is a lovely storage facility to keep your belongings at!

I spoke with the manager to rent because the website wasn’t working correctly. She was such a sweetheart. So nice and friendly. She got me set up with a unit for my move in the next month and my son who already lives there was easily able to access it and start putting some items in there.

Today, I cleaned and moved out of my unit after 2 years and some change. Rebecca and Donna have always been amazing and welcoming from the very first day. They always have a smile and a positive word for you and will help you however they can. I was in such a bad place in my life when I first rented my unit, and the fact that they were so happy for me when I told them I’m moving out because things are so much better. If you are in need of storage, short or long term, the experience here is worth every single penny.
