Customer experiences
Amazing customer service! Shoutout to the waiter who was so organized and announced his every move: drinks, appetizers, entrees, confirm if we needed anything else and then the bill! He was so determined! The restaurant was full and just with our group, the outdoor dining was completely full! The attention, ambiance, food and service were all perfect! I chose pasta and it was exactly how I requested it to be! Definitely a place you visit more than once!
Had a great Sunday brunch here. My daughter said the breakfast sandwich was the best she's had. My French toast was a monster piece of bread. Nice location - indoor and outdoor seating. Busy, but we had reservations.
We came here on a Monday for a late lunch, and there was hardly anyone here, so it was nice and quiet. Service was very good! The food was good, but nothing exceptional. We had the half chicken sausage + eggs and the Smith Eggs Benedict. We also had a latte and cappuccino, which were also good, fairly standard.
I’ve been to the NoMad location and raved about their burger with bacon shallot jam, but this was my first time at the Midtown location, and my first time trying their weekend brunch. We started with cinnamon sugar doughnuts, served with hot fudge dipping sauce. These were gone in seconds! I shared the Smith eggs Benedict, served with black forest ham on an English muffin and a side of breakfast potatoes. The English muffin was a bit tough to cut, but the flavors were all delicious. My family loved the baked eggs alla vodka, which looked to me like the Italian version of Shakshouka — eggs served in vodka sauce with a side of toasted ciabatta.
Oceana is a seafood restaurant.
