The place was EMPTY ..NOT one table was clean... garbage on floor.. bathrooms were disgusting.. no drinks in any of the 3 open standing coolers. Cardboard used as ceiling... 2 woman playing w/ their babies obviously families of two of the sikh employees... I LOVE KFC....and come 100 km for a treat... YUK YUK YUK...I am very discouraged... Terrace KFC YOU NEED TO DO BETTER... FOOD WAS good w/ guidance from my chef partner... Health Inspector NEEDS to visit SOON@

(flies, flies, everywhere flies) To be completely honest, I cannot review the food as I couldn't possibly imagine eating anything from here. From the first wretched waft of a skunks body odor upon opening the door - I had no interest in consuming anything from this establishment but we trudged on as my partner loves his PFK. Once inside, it became very clear the employees must have not been supplied with any training of how to use a mop & bucket. It's truly a wonder we didn't walk right out of our shoes the floor was so sticky. No fear, there's 6 employees behind the counter to assist, and a newborn? They were having a chat so no problem, we'll stand here at the till and wait to be acknowledged... Once we realized an acknowledgment of our existence wasn't going to happen I began ordering into a fly covered void. One man stepped forward, with flies literally circling him like birds circling Tweety Bird after a full knockout by Sylvester. He let me know that no, we could not order that as they don't have it available. OK - no problem, what about this? No, not that either. Nothing on the menu was available except for what was sitting under the warmer. Assuming what was under that warmer has been there since their last cleaning rounds, we figured it best that we high tail it out of there. We unstuck our shoes from the floor and made our escape with no plans to ever return. You know, always lower your expectations when entering a fast food chain, but how low do we really need to go?

No flavour in their gravy!! Also tasted like my fries were DIRTY. Like they didn’t wash the potato skins very greasy chicken… maybe the oils not hot enough why??? Idk.

Worst kentucky in canada . They don't have a clue how to cook chicken . Soggy skin and undr cooked . Never again . Get Mary Brown's here.
