Once an established patient, it is a smooth process getting an appointment with a PCP. I have had a great experience with the doctor and nursing staff here. I’ve had a number of blood draws and each time is a very positive experience. I am very grateful to be a patient here!

When a person is in pain trying to get an appt to get checked out; you should make sure your booking staff doesn't laugh when they are telling someone that it is going to be 8 months before they can be seen. It's not very funny to the person in pain. If this is how the interactions start with people at the bottom I can only imagine how it is with people at the top. Culture trickles down.
