Probably the best low-income clinic in the state. I've been treated here for over a decade. It doesn't get better than this. The staff here have high standards. I'm sure they make minor mistakes--all medical professionals do. (All humans do) Folks, try to be grateful for these well trained and dedicated professionals--they work really hard for us, and they don't have to be working in a low income clinic. I feel lucky...

Absolute trash. My doctor doesn’t listen to me at all. I asked for testing for nearly five years which she refused. I knew something was wrong, now it turns out I’m quite unwell and this could have been caught and treated if she had only listened!! Zero follow up care after having cancerous tumors removed. They constantly cut treatments and entire departments from the network. Appointments are regularly 6+ months out after several months of waiting for referrals. I despise OHSU, never have I felt less cared for by a medical organization.

I’ve been a patient here for 20+ years. As years go by, they became a lot busier, more student doctors to see patients, harder to get appointments. Now it takes 1-6 months to see my primary doctor for an annual physical check up, so I often go to other OHSU facilities if I need any medical attention sooner. Good service, I have no complaints about the service they provide, they listen.

I have been a patient here for several years. I couldn't be happier. I'm an older female who's been able to have all of my needs met by different types of providers. The communication is wonderful and the staff are incredibly kind. I also like and respect how they honor diversity and practice equality and all that they do. I highly recommend this Clinic.
