After I moved out. My ex stayed. After she moved out I received a bill for 2.1k. Ridiculous charges like 130 for yard cleanup. 230 for eviction process even though we were never evicted. They tried to get us to pay for the septic tank issue for flushing tampons down the toilet causing it to backup within the first 6 months we lived there. And on top of all that our security deposit of $960 was never credited towards the 2k bill. These ppl threw whatever charge they could come up with on the bill. There's literally a charge that just says September for 227 and August for 50. Doesn't say anything else but the month and year
