I have been a patient at this facility for almost two years and have consistently had positive experiences. Each visit has been pleasant and efficient, and I have also been impressed with their pharmacy services. The only downside is the security guard, who appears to have an inferiority complex. Keep up the good work CCC

It's wonderful to go to a medical facility where people understand me. I'm an addict who lives on a small monthly income. I am never denied service or medication or attention in general due to my habits or my inability to pay. The people, nurses front desk, phone staff, doctors, pharmacy, and security guard Brandon are all the best most wonderful people a patient could hope for. Thank you Old Town Clinic.

Horrible clinic. Doesn’t treat patients kindly and are not clear on how to estabilish care, and you’re required to do an intake appointment but nope can’t schedule it. You must be there at 7am and it’s not guaranteed you’ll get in. Horrible HORRIBLE system. Their own receptionists do not even know how to communicate this.
