First visit to the salon; first visit to any salon in Montreal. Fantastic experience. Tanya is great. I wanted a bit of a change of style and highlights. The consultation was really helpful to try to figure out what I wanted (and what I didn’t). The color is amazing. The cut is great (it’s shorter than I would have asked for… but that’s why I let Tanya decide what to do) and I’m liking the shorter length more as I get used to it. Whole-heartedly recommend.

when I am showing my photo before the color and cut, after and whatever I wanted, very body is shocked. When I made my appointment, I sent to Sarah the photo I wanted, regarding that photo and whatever my hair WAS, she told me yes I can, gave me an appointment. then she told me it was only for root?last month I paid for this color 65$ and yesterday I payed95$, and anybody cant imagine how is bad my cut. I am really angry and sad, cause she wasted my time, money and no excuse for. And was told we do what ever you wanted. She did completely different. It is much more expensive than worth I hope my review helps some one to avoid this hairstylist. Very unprofessional and cold. Her mistake cant be compensated and Sarah tried to fix up her mistake by say we do whatever you wanted while I showed several times the photo.Kidding me😡. Never will come back and recommend.

I have mixed feelings about this salon. I liked a lot the haircut that Sarah gave me, she was very nice and she's truly a talented hairstylist. However, I was shocked to discover that they don't wash and desinfect the instruments. The hairbrush I was brushed with was full of somebody's hair. So I take 2 stars for hygiene.
