My 74 y/o parents needed to downsize urgently after living in their house for 32 years. Barb was the ideal choice for working with their demographic. From the start, she was extremely patient and kind with them and expertly put them at ease. She went out of her way to help us with getting the house ready to sell, assisting with light fixture shopping, paint choosing, etc. Her recommendations made a huge difference and it definitely paid to listen to her advice.
