The new owner is beyond amazing. This space is about to become better and better. We are so lucky we got to meet him. We have been here before and loved it, but he made us want to get another membership instantly. Floating is something not many people know about, but it can change your life. He cares so much about his company and customers. I dont ever want my Float to be over. I have a very physical job but this helped my body recover more than anything else I tried to do. Get a membership!

Went there because of a groupon discount. Wrote a detailed review for groupon that never got posted for some reason. I have gone to float spas before. Had it not been for the group on probably would not have gone as their posted rates are a bit expensive. The woman that helped me at the front desk was lovely. However, they need to pay more attention to the facilities. I also found it incredibly annoying that I was forced to watch a repetitive video about the benefits of floating. I would strongly suggest that they do away with this requirement, especially for people that are experienced with pod flotation. Also, turning on the water at the end of the session is a little too abrupt. It would be better if they did a music cue instead, or brought up the lights inside the pod. The showering area in the room I was in showed signs of mold. Also, there was no way to turn the shower head from overhead to handheld, which would have been very helpful as I'm on the shorter side. Shower water pressure could also have been better. Also in the bathroom area right above the door were clearly stained ceiling tiles from some sort of water leak. There's no excuse to have something look like this. Especially in a facility that's supposed to be very clean. I'll probably go back and try it one more time.

Sasha, the receptionist/assistant was angel who demonstrated the epitome of customer service. I was very comfortable with my 2nd floating spa experience while visiting a friend in Nashville. I highly recommend it for others who need to EXHALE. A special thanks from Sheila.

This was my 1st time floating so I don't have anything to compare. But, it was very relaxing! Time passes quicker than you would think. I highly recommend you try it at least once. It was very clean. Private floating pod room includes a shower with shampoo, body wash available. The staff was very nice and helpful.
