We hired this company who fixed all the cracks in our carport by grinding and filling them. They also removed a slab that was eroded and sunken. They poured a new slab and did a fantastic job. They also filled our concrete stairs as the risers had not been properly poured when the house was originally built, very happy with everything they did. The price was also quite reasonable for the work done.

I had a time that I was supposed to have Andrew come by and give me a quote. 30 minutes after said time I messaged him asking if he was still coming to do the quote. The response after 10 minutes was "Yes will be an hour." My response was not to bother because I cannot wait around all day, and I had other companies show up on time already and give me quotes (thankfully). To which he responded that he had 10 quotes to do. No apologies for wasting my time just excuses for poor time management. I mentioned that he probably could have given me an appropriate time instead and this must not be the first time he had done quotes. To which he responded "Go with the other companies no worries" Again no mention of an apology or wasting my time. They may do decent work I don't know but the lack of professionalism and communication is unacceptable.
