We've been in Florida for 10 years and we've tried a few different pest control service companies, and even tried it on our own for a while before hiring On Demand. So trust me when I say these guys are the BEST out there, and if you're looking, stop looking and just call them NOW! From the 1st phone call they were friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We were handling the service on our own for a while but after many lots nearby were being cleared for construction we started having issues with Huntsman spiders. After one dropped a litter of babies spiders on our pool deck, we knew we needed a professional assistance. They were able to fit us in immediately and they are always consistent and on time. In between services they're always willing to answer questions and help. Zach is the technician assigned to our home, it is nice to know that we always have the same person that is familiar with our property and our needs. Out of all the techs I've witnessed throughout the years, Zach clearly goes above and beyond, pays attention to detail and does a fantastic job EVERY time. He is always kind, respectful and willing to answer our questions. Comparably, we've had no "bug incidents" since we started using them and it's rare that we even see them around our property at all these days which is unheard of. They are clearly doing a much better job than any of their predecessors and we are very grateful to have found them. We've already recommended them to family and friends.

He took his time spraying both the inside and outside of our home and went above and beyond by sharing helpful preventative tips to reduce the issues we were seeing. Marcos from On Demand Pest Control located the Drywood termites in a cabinet and doors in three condos. He was on time and let me know when he would be there and was very efficient and found and treated the areas very quickly. I highly recommend this company as everyone in the office, Including Matthew who did the initial inspection, were all professional and courteous.
