Way below average! Not recommended for women with long or thick hair. The hairdresser clearly lacks the basic skills and technique required to handle female haircuts and styling. Before my appointment, I showed him my hair and confirmed the exact fee to avoid surprises — yet he still added a hidden $10 charge at checkout just for using a brush while blow-drying. He didn’t spend even a minute checking how my hair looked after the blow dry, nor did he ask how I wanted the final look finished. The entire haircut, which usually takes over 90 minutes at other salons, was rushed and done in barely 30 minutes — with zero attention to detail. Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I would strongly advise anyone looking for quality service and transparent pricing to go elsewhere. To make matters worse, it was pouring rain when I was about to leave, and instead of showing any courtesy, the hairdresser asked me to open my umbrella outside. Completely inconsiderate, rude, and careless — especially right after I’d just had my hair done. A total lack of professionalism, skill, and basic customer care.

Beautiful clean and spacious enviorment. Friendly atmosphere with some humour and great conversation. Haircut was perfect and exactly what I asked for. Left a very happy customer, and will be back and recommending to friends. My exact words to the hairdresser "I like you, so now you can never retire" :)

A wonderful salon to go to I had been a regular for 2 years, moved away for 4 years. Now I am back, and it is like I never left. Chuck and Nadia are so welcoming. The Salon is so spotless it sparkles. Nadia does an amazing wash and rinse so much so that you don't want it to end. Chuck is a miracle worker with my thin, fine hair. I walk out feeling like a new person. Always look forward to my next appointment. All I can say is if you haven't been to Gigi you should go.
