OnDeck Plumbing - Lakeland Plumber

Mike and his guys saved the day. Our septic had issues on a Sunday after our tank alarm failed to warn us so we could have dealt with the issue during the week(always a dang weekend, right?), Mike was able to come out and do an emergency temporary repair to get us straightened out. His guys came the very next morning and got everything sorted. This isn't the first time we've used On Deck. They also plumbed our new build home-flawlessly and in record time to keep our build on schedule. Best. Service. Ever.

These guys did a wonderful job for me. It is rare that I leave a good review, but they deserve it. On time, professional, high quality work, at a good price. Hard to come by these days. Will be using them again in the future! Edit: Called them to do another job and they now charge a non-refundable service fee ($50 I believe) and unlike other plumbers will not put the fee towards the job if you decide to hire them. Unfortunately had to use someone else. Edit #2: This company now refuses to work at my house. Scheduled an appointment with them and they cancelled shortly after. Made it obvious they no longer wish to do work for me. After the last few shoddy jobs they completed, it's no loss to me. Better plumbers out there!

Called On Deck around 10:30 in the morning with a leak in our main water line. Initially letting me know it could be next day, they ended up working me in around 2pm. They were quick and efficient with repairs and my water was back on before 4pm
