This is hands down the best yoga studio ever! All the instructors are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable, which fosters a wonderful community atmosphere. The two teachers I most frequently have are Brenda Demyan and Jackie Brow, and both are fabulous. I have nothing negative to say about One Love Yoga Studio! Come check out this amazing community!

I cannot stress enough the importance of caring for your mind, body and spirit. I had done about 5 yoga classes in my lifetime before stepping thru the doors of OLY in May 2025. From my very first class, I felt so welcomed by the instructors and those who were there to practice. I loved it so much that I joined the inaugural yoga teacher training OLY is offering. It’s been life changing and I am so grateful to have found not only this practice but this community, specifically.

Great staff and great variety of classes. I’m I have 2 knee replacements and a hip replacement so traditional yoga is difficult for me, but they offer a chair yoga class which is perfect. Great workout, great stretches all without having to get up and down from the floor Chris and Jen do a great job with this class

I've been coming to One Love Yoga since September of 2024 and have loved my time here. All of the yoga instructors made me feel welcomed since day 1 and their kindness and knowledge of the art kept me coming back to class each week. This studio is a true community and has taught me the importance of breath work and yoga practices that I apply in my daily life!
