I was attended interview for Backend. This company is really unprofessional. TL shouting like fishseller on floor infront of HR. And HR Keep calm. Recruitor told me 38k salary. And ontime she directly offering me 17k. On call everything was discussed but ontime she was offering low salary.And giving me csr position. I was declined offer. Dont go on sweetness of recruitors they are completing target by giving false information. Management team was doing timepass happily. Nobody is serious on the work. Everyone was telling me keep one point one solution as last option. But its true I was found lack of professionalism in this organization. Management team need to think how small people like csr will make career in this environment. How to they will get growth. Job market is completely hard to suffer to get good opportunity. No new things to get learn in this environment. Experience in such a company is like a number of days not a knowledge to grow in personal life and professional life. One point one is dumbest organization.

Not good company to give your hardwork and sincerity I have been in this company for 9 months the process where I worked it's toxic the team leader doesn't support the manager thinks that she owns the company and always gives rude answers I was diagnosed with kidney stone I had shared the details and reports to team leader but then also they didn't talked about personal leaves(PL) where my pl was 17 they didn't let me use of that so I let it go after 2 months I was diagnosed with food allergy that time also i have shared my medical certificate the manager said it is fake i can also make this if I want and they didn't approve my PL. Afterward they try to change my process stating my performance was not good. i have taken 5 times incentive with my hardwork but they said I don't perform good. it's humble request to people's don't go here for work if you wanted to save your mental health and if you go on your risk don't work in gynoveda process it's toxic
