Great experience. Went in today for SIN number for myself and my wife. Whole thing took about 10 - 15 minutes. Very smooth overall. Went in around 9:30 am. Went straight into the office and there was no queue so told them what we were there for. They handed a couple of papers and pencils for us to provide some details like parent's names. Took a minute max. Then we waited for a couple minutes till we got called to one of the cabins for the rest of the formalities. Again took a few mintues for it all and we were informed about everything properly.

I want to give Allen and the receptionist a review at Service Canada. I think they should be recognized for being a respectful, cheerful and understanding. My wait time was very little maybe in and out in under 15 mins. The receptionist was polite and respectful. Allen greeted me and understood what I needed done. Service Canada should be lucky to have staff like Allen and the receptionist. 10 🌟 if I could. Keep up the greet work.

The best experience from a government service agency. The lady who greeted me was kind, professional and patient. I listen to her interact with others and she was awesome.. The gentleman who’s served me, was so kind and helpful. I wish I remembered both there names, they were on the floor around noon, May 1 /25 I dealt with the person working at a desk as I am disabled.. Just a huge thank you both for your kindness.. We need more people like you both

Been there twice for renewal and fresh passport for my both kids, the process was so easy and fast, the service advisor took care of everything so nicely and ensured that no corner is untouched while submitting my application. I was in and out in 35 minutes. go early and skip the waiting time .Don’t blame them for waiting coz they deal with your sensitive information and want to make it right for you.
