I've rented from this property manager for the past 6 years and I've rented multiple properties. I have never had any problems, maintenance requests get taken care of in a timely manner, rent payments can be made online, and communication is excellent (they text).

They charge an application fee for each tenant. We were then told someone else was chosen for the house. What a great way to make money, charge a bunch of people an application fee when you already know you have a renter. This is a scam. You also can't reach anyone over the phone you have to leave a message.
