Absolutely amazing service and knowledge. Spur of the moment decision late Saturday night, booked an appointment for Sunday morning. Went in after chemo treatment and hair started to grow in on areas of my face that I was not comfortable with, also, eyebrows were a mess. She was amazing. Totally understood my duration, had alot of knowledge, both with cancer treatment and just being a woman. She made me feel comfortable and, in the end my face brought tears to my eyes as I saw the woman that I was, that I am. Thank you so much for everything. I so appreciate you and your information support and empathy. I will definately go back for further hair removal all treatment and, once my hair grows back, a haircut that makes me feel good about me. Isn't that what it's all about????

0 stars, she did not follow the picture at all, I asked for blonde with some black strips for my hair and left with PURPLE HAIR which stayed purple for months afterwards. She left the bleach and toner in WAY too long and not only screwed up the colour but she destroyed the texture of my hair, I’ve had to buy so many products just to make it stop feeling like hay. I have never hated the way I look so much. She didn’t even cut it how I wanted. Made me look 40 years older than I actually am. I honestly can’t believe I paid her but I just wanted to get out of there as I was about to cry. Never let her touch your hair. She also almost ripped out my eyebrow piercing because of how rough she was combing my hair. RUN AWAYYYYY
