Home Depot should drop OnTrac like a bad habit!! How this company continues to exist is a mystery among mysteries. I've never had a package delivered by OnTrac that didn't have some sort of issue. This time the driver basically just picked a house that happened to have 2 numbers in common with my address and dropped it there and went blissfully on their mindless way. Fortunately my wife has amazing detective skills and was able to use Google Maps to search all addresses in our town that share our numbers and finally found the porch where the package had been plopped because at least the driver took a picture as proof of "delivery". Once in a while it would be nice to not give a crap about the quality of my work as, apparently, OnTrac drivers do. Somehow other shipping companies like the "brown one" and even the one that starts with A can deliver packages flawlessly but these guys can't. I shudder with impending doom whenever I see that my package is being delivered by OnTrac. I'm not done yet... Home Depot basically took no responsibility for their failure to deliver a product because, ultimately, the buck stops with them. When I was ready to give up and just asked for a refund I was told that I would have to contact my bank to dispute the charges. All of this over a $15 lawnmower part that Home Depot wouldn't keep in stock. Next time I'll just go straight to Amazon and not worry about trying to shop local. Thumbs DOWN!!!

I made two orders from Walmart, and OnTrac was unable to delivered either of them. I was contacted over and over about the delay, but whenever I tried to respond to fix the problem, I was forced to communicate with a chatbot. I provided all the information I was asked for in order to deliver my package, multiple times, and yet OnTrac returned my orders a few days later after further delays. Bad service, bad company.

Customer service is terrible. I tried calling the phone number but no one answers. “Automated help” doesn’t help at all or answer anything. We are just going around in circles. Target should not use OnTrac for shipping. Update. I was supposed to receive a package and there was never an attempt to even deliver it as I asked. Ontrac just decided to return it to Target. This is terrible service. I was never contacted by them by email or phone.

Explain to me how I can "refuse" a package when I am at work and live alone? Then my package is returned to the sender within TWO HOURS! All my information is correct. No attempt to re-deliver or pick up at the warehouse. I hope the delivery driver enjoys the my Victoria's Secret haul.
