Like others have said, I too was hesitant about buying something like this from someone online. There are a lot out there, and you never know who to trust. After reading the reviews, I rolled the dice and sent a deposit. Austin was always quick to respond and designed a computer rendering based on a picture, which was bang on. I asked for a couple changes to the first design and had the redesign in no time. When it was ready, Austin drove to me, which was really convenient! The pictures do not do it justice, the sparkle is unreal. I am extremely happy with the ring would definitely work with Austin again.

Austin was such a pleasure to work with. Extremely accommodating, professional, knowledgeable and patient (I am very picky) throughout the entire process of creating my custom dream rings. I was very hesitant to purchase as it is online only and there is no physical storefront, but I’m so happy I went with my gut and took the risk. Upon speaking with Austin, you will instantly feel comfortable and safe working with him. He sent me everything I needed to help ease my worries, never pressured me into anything I wasn’t completely satisfied with and did what he could to help me stay within my budget. Unbelievable prices and extremely high quality. I cannot say enough great things about this company. I have and will be recommending him to everyone I know and will be ordering more pieces for myself in the future!

Austin has to be one of the best business owners I have ever met. We bought my ring over a year ago and it is beautiful. I am so in love with it. Absolutely nothing bad to say. Strongly recommend him to everyone I know.
