THANK YOU to the team at Orca Masonry for first class work to rebuild two chimneys on my house in Central Saanich. My first contact was with 'Makyah,' who demonstrated unique talent as an ambassador, attentive, careful and thorough, making himself available to answer questions with clarity throughout the process. The estimate was competitive. Later, when 'Arlo' and his team arrived to begin their work, they showed up early and went straight to it like the professionals they are. I will even go so far as to call them artists, taking pride in their work. Whoever looks after recruitment for Orca deserves their own accolade. I particularly appreciate the willingness of the team to deliver 'that little bit extra' and to provide additional insight and share their own observations about things that I want to know as a responsible home owner, things that I appreciate more in retrospect as I move forward with my To Do list. A week later, looking around my yard, you'd hardly know there was a team working here. ORCA DOES SUPERB WORK.

Trust. We found we could trust Cory and his team, and anyone else he involved in our project, to do a great job. And we have the sense that Orca Masonry stands behind their work and we don't have to worry if there is a problem (which there won't be) in a year or two or three. And they also do those extra things, some of which we would never have thought of, like widening our steps a little and not just replacing them, like supplying a temporary mail box at the end of the driveway for the time a letter carrier could not get to our mail box a the top of the stairs. Any problems they came up against on our project were handled without us quite noticing there was a problem. We highly recommend Orca Masonry.
