Kritika PalrechaPosting this review almost a week after my visit. Booked a hair spa since I was experiencing dry hair. Confirmed if their experienced staff was available and was given the assurance that the salon owner would personally ensure that I came out satisfied with the services. The real adventure begins at the end of the hair spa! I get to know that the stylist has missed out on applying one of the key products to my hair which has actually made them sticky. And this happy realisation takes place after my hair have already been washed and blast dried. Again my hair are rinsed and blast dried after application of that particular product. So my already dry hair are blow dried twice! I still find it difficult to run my hands through my hair. This all happens when I have a flight to catch and a function to attend right after! Though I visit this salon frequently, it is necessary to highlight this incident because of the casual attitude of the owner and the stylist. Mishaps can take place but donning a casual approach is not acceptable. A mere sorry was not enough. If a customer is buying a premium service on your recommendation, it is your duty as service provider to deliver equivalent value against the price paid. Hope this helps all their prospective customers.
