First appt I was 10 minutes late and they refused to let me see the Dr so I had to reschedule. A month later, I go in 10 minutes early only to tell me that my appt was cancelled 2 hrs prior and I never got notice. The receptionist didn't know why. His solution was to make another appt which is 1 month out. I drove across Portland to go to these. They also never answer your messages on the athena app. Stay far away. I'll be looking elsewhere. Unfortunate as I liked this office for years.

This is where you go if you want your prescription refill requests to be ignored for days and days on end and NEVER get a return phot call despite leaving voice mail after voice mail, which is all you get -- when you call you NEVER get a live person. My blood pressure prescription refill request was ignored for a solid week before I resorted to going into the clinic and unfortunately had to be quite pointed with them in order to get them to take action. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Now I have another prescription refill request in a similar 'ignored' state for several days. ALSO NOT ACCEPTABLE. They clearly aren't able to execute even on the basics of running a clinic. How can you trust them with anything else? This is not how you would want your healthcare to go, folks... There are other problems here -- the receptionist is a real gem, don't know where they found this guy but they should send him back. My primary care provider who was actually good has predictably left the clinic, and I can't imagine how they're going to attract another one if this is how they run their business.

Well I learned a valuable lesson about reading reviews before choosing a primary care clinic! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else. I’ve called the Portland clinic at least 12 times over the last 2 months to ask about the status of a prescription. If I am able to get anyone on the phone, they don’t have answers and need to call me back or give conflicting information. I’ve also given them my insurance information 4 times (once at my first appointment and three times over the phone since then) and I still got a bill that wasn’t run through insurance. When I called billing to ask about it, I was told the front desk is “useless” and to connect with scheduling (which I already have) so I left yet another message. If you run this business, I suggest you start asking yourself some hard questions. Please protect the folks you have working for you that are competent - the level of negligence is embarrassing!

complete waste of time all 3 visits! 3rd visit they sent me an email reminder of an upcoming appointment w a different provider, so I did everything online, ALL the 'paperwork' just to have to repeat it all in person.. the same exact questions that the receptionist said were different! lol will NOT be returning ever.. already w different provider as of same day as LAST appointment w 'Lisa' who dispenses information w the condescending attitude of a nobody that knows me at ALL and never will.. see ya
