I would give Oregon Trail Moving 10 stars if I could! From Jennifer in the office to the movers in the field. They loaded a POD with all of my belongings for what I thought would be a few months of storage. Eighteen months of storage and 3500 miles of transit later - my belongings came out of the POD in fantastic condition - directly due to the loading wizardry and tremendous care provided by the wonderful movers (Liam and Josiah) from Oregon Trail Moving. I can't thank them enough for their expertise and care! Great company! Great People!

This moving company was excellent! We hired them through POD for 2 movers for 2 hours and they were wonderful! The movers were very friendly, helpful and very careful with all of the furniture, floors and walls in the house. I would recommend this moving company to anyone!

Look no further for your moving labor needs! Oregon Trail Moving was an easy and relieving experience from start to finish - the front office staff, Jennifer and another gentleman could not have been nicer to work with. They informed me up front about all pricing and what to expect, there were no hidden fees that sprung up upon payment, and even extended a 5% veteran's discount to me. Their pricing was exactly what I'd anticipated - it seems very fair. On the day we packed the POD, my movers showed up right at the beginning of their arrival window. Matt J, Joey P, and Eli were the nicest guys - very efficient - and made the move a breeze. I feel confident that my items will be safe and secure as they travel cross country. I hired them specifically for some bulkier items, as I live alone. As I said, I was made aware upon booking of a "large or heavy item fee" for my extra heavy and long 8' solid wood table they had to move down stairs. I was told by the front office the extra fee would be determined by the moving crew the day of, but they gave me a range to expect, and the cost determined by the crew fell right in the middle. :) Not only did they protect my items well, they also packed my larger items and boxed things so efficiently I was left with LOTS of extra space in the pod, which is great, because I'm not finished packing a lot of my smaller items and definitely left me a lot of room to work with. I don't think I'd have been as efficient by myself. Joe actually also proactively put his arm in between my table and the door while Eli and Matt were carrying it to intentionally protect my home from damage as the turn down the stairs was somewhat sharp and the table is long. I highly recommend Oregon Trail Moving and this specific crew of three. They took a lot off my plate and made this move so much easier. I quite literally would not have been able to do it without them. Do yourself and your/your friends' back/knees/shoulders a favor - hire this company to make your move so much less hectic and take some stress off of you. As much as our friends love us, they don't want to move our heavy crap for pizza and beer anymore. lol As an aside, I have worked with different movers in the past and because the table weighs a few hundred pounds and is eight feet long (and it has to go down some stairs), I have asked for "stronger crew members" who can handle something of that size to be sent out. It is why I requested three members this time. Other business have not heeded this request and I actually had a set of movers who were struggling drop the table on the concrete stairs outside - I had to jump in and support it from the middle to help them get it up the stairs. The crew members OTM sent out were really strong, brawny guys. Having a crew that's right-fit for the job absolutely makes a difference. They are a GREAT company to work with. Give them a call!
