He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and completed the repair with skill and professionalism. What really stood out was how clearly he explained everything to us — we felt informed and confident throughout the process. On top of doing an excellent job, Charlie is a genuinely kind and respectful person. Highly recommend him for anyone needing plumbing work done right the first time!

I have had a great experience with Orella group. Mick came and diagnosed a plumbing problem I had with a leaky outdoor tap. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to take things apart and discovered where the leak came from. He then helped me with finding the part with good reviews on line. After the part arrived, Charlie came to install it. He was also very knowledgeable and advised me on how to get a long life out of the new installation. The job was done quickly and efficiently.
