Alexander came out first thing the following morning and conducted a very thorough inspection. He examined the interior and exterior walls, the roof, and the attic, spending more than 30 minutes investigating the issue. He carefully explained his findings with photos and explained that he found no evidence that the leak was coming from the roof. What really stood out was his professionalism and integrity. Rather than pushing unnecessary work, Alexander provided thoughtful advice on next steps, including consulting a plumber, an A/C company, and a flooring specialist to help identify the true root cause. When I asked about the cost for his visit, he declined to accept any payment, explaining that it was part of their free estimate policy. His honesty, professionalism, and commitment to doing the right thing left a very strong impression on me.
