We recently have got knee replacement surgery done in Ortho one hospital for my Mother in Law under Dr. Yuvarajan Sir. First of all I would like to thank the services offered to whole hospital management. From day one we have got admitted into hospital the treatment and the care was provided to us was awesome. The procedure was clearly explained to us by Doctors. HATS OFF to the duty nurses and other supporting staffs who served us day and night with smiling face always and their immediate response for the whole 5 days stay in the hospital. It helped the patient emotionally to be strong thus inturn helps to heal faster. Coming the housekeeping services, the rooms were maintained very neat and clean, and house keeping staffs did their job perfectly. The physio therapist are really kind and helped patient to do their exercise. We have opted for cashless treatment under insurance. The billing process was very smooth and seamless. Overall I like the kindness and services, ambience and care provided by the hospital. A big thank you for the whole hospital management for good hospitality. Keep up your good service to the society and people.
