Dear Management, This low rating is because of the management style not for patient care. Myself faces an issue is your billing place. Very bad experience, 1St time for doctor consulting I have visited you billing section at ground floor with a long Queue, then doctor asked for Scan again I came to ground floor again for paying with queue again visited doctor for consultation she referred another doctors so again paying fees I travelled from 3 floor to ground floor, Doctor asked for blood test now again from 3rd floor to ground floor for billing, And again for procedure test billing again from 3 rd floor to ground floor. So I have spent time only for travelling within the premise’s for billing section Instead you can have billing section at individual floors or collect the amount at end of the consultation. Kindly take this as serious note and make some changes to keep customer satisfaction

Dr.Suman who performed the surgery was a very confident person with lot of positive energy, which in turn improved my confidence and my recovery.
