Melissa (Missy) and Krista were wonderful. Very knowledgeable and professional! They listened to my concerns and answered my questions and I always knew I could count on them for my recovery. The whole office is friendly and involved from Alison at the welcome deck to the techs that set you up for your exercises. I always felt comfortable and welcome.

This is my fourth time over the years using ORS Okemos. Each time the PTs and PT Assistant were wonderful. The whole staff is super to work with. A shout out to Morgan and Joanna who are super knowledgeable and caring. The PT aides are fun and very quick to help out.

The staff are also very personable and always happy to see you. Lastly, the business does have a lot of options for recovery. Needling, massage, heat, specific exercises for you.
