Andrew is the only physical therapist who has actually made me WORK…in a good way. In the past, I have had a couple of other physical therapists and they just sort of go through the whole laydown on cold compresses and then hot and in my situation it was neck surgery, so maybe turn my head back-and-forth a little bit and that would be the end of it I didn’t feel like any of those things were effective for me. Andrew takes the time To actually challenge you physically to make you better. I think that is some thing rare at this point, unfortunately. I’m just lucky to have seen him and I will be seeing him again soon and so will my mother as we both have surgery in the next couple of weeks. I highly recommend him.

I consider Andrew to be one of the best Physical Therapist in the country. The surrounding Richmond, VA area is lucky to have him as a healthcare provider. He provides many avenues to learn about the human body even when he is not physically present, through his podcast and social media presence. Personally, I consider Andrew to be a mentor of mine and he has taught me how to approach my work life with ferocity and attention to detail. He has tremendous confidence in himself to correctly diagnosis ailments and correctly direct a plan of care which leads to patients to feel they are well on their way to becoming a better version of themselves. If you can get all of this in a Physical Therapy visit then that seems to be pretty good to me.

When faced with the reality that physical therapy was the next course of action for my recurring pain, I was overwhelmed with all of the choices. It was important to me that I find someone who listens, gives me the time and attention I deserve, and personalizes my treatment accordingly. Andrew has been incredible! I couldn't be happier with my choice for a physical therapist. First and foremost, he makes me feel comfortable and welcome while providing a safe place where I can overcome silly insecurities. Additionally, his knowledge is vast, always providing new techniques or exercises for me to try at home or in the gym. And they work! I'm getting better and noticing major improvements in just a few short weeks. Finally, I can really tell Andrew loves what he's doing. He gets excited about helping the interns in the office, loves to share his knowledge with patients to help improve their conditions, and is just an all around fun and pleasant guy to be around. Thanks to him, my pain episodes are occurring less and less. I would recommend him to anyone.
