OTW Shipping

Our company needed to outsource our shipping as our business was growing to the point we were spending more time boxing and shipping product instead of developing and focusing on sales. It ends up being a savings having OTW store and ship our product. Highly recommend from the savings and ease of working with them and communication with the OTW team is extremely fast and professional. We did shop around prior to settling and would some times not even get responses from other larger well know fulfillment companies. Had a zoom call with OTW one day after emailing them to discuss our needs and what the rates are.

I scheduled a meeting with OTW about their 3PL services for my newer e-commerce company. Upon completion of the meeting, they advised that I was not quite ready for 3PL yet and suggested fulfilling on my own until I was ready for the next step, so they directed me to their free tutorial on how to handle this on my own.
