Abigail MoralesThis place is a little out dated but they have made a lot of improvements since I’ve been here. The managers are friendly and laid back. Very attentive. She explains the rules very well without me having to read everything. The prices are just right for what you get. Every time I come it’s keep cleaned and that’s good.. There is a lot of businesses that rent here.
Pinolero74The place has an old feel. The roads inside has a lot of holes. The units are old and not very secure. I can easily get in to the unit right next to me because the materials that makes the walls are made of plywood. The day that I got my unit it was dirty and the manager told me she was going to clean it. When I arrived to drop my items it was still dirty. Another problem that I encountered is that you need a key to get in to a door to go to the smaller units. So it is a problem when the office is close because they go to lunch but they do not have set hours. They just close the office whenever they want to go to lunch. But in the other hand they open 7 days a week.
Nameeta SahniIf i could give 0 stars I would... Be aware of this company. My card was used to make almost a $500 purchase at Bellaire-Hillcroft Self Storage. When I called them I was told someone just called in to make a payment with my card number and they ran my card through without even asking the name on the card. I would definitely be aware if your credit/debit card number is on their system.
