Had a pretty different experience with these guys. We ordered a overhead door with a 6-7 week lead time. There were a few hiccups with communication between 3 separate parties , which led to the door taking a little longer than first anticipated. In the end Ron at this company called and repaired all damages done with the communication issues and made everything right. This company turned out to be a pleasure to work with and I will be using them again.

I contacted Overhead Door of Prince Albert to address an issue with my torsion spring and wire unspooling off the drum on my garage door. They were friendly on the phone and were able to send a two-man repair team the following day on short-notice even though I was located well out of town. I described the problem and they were able to provide a good estimate of what the costs would be. The repair team arrived at the agreed upon time (actually slightly early) and were very efficient. They worked quickly to address the issues I had and actually ended up fixing a few other minor issues as well (to make best use of the minimum labour charge). The two technicians were friendly and answered all questions I had. I was confident when they left that I would have no further issues with my garage door. The final bill came out exactly in line with the estimate - no surprises. 5 stars for friendly and professional service, showing up on time, working efficiently, attention to detail, ability to help on short notice, and respecting their estimate.
