The person who answered the phone was polite and courteous and within few days I had friendly, knowledgeable person here. He knew exactly what my issue was and able to fix it right away. He even offered me some ideas to help me resolve this problem in the future. If you’re looking to install a door and/or an opener, I would highly recommend Overhead Doors of MC. They offer great customer service on the backside too.
