He is an excellent worker who knows the products, is friendly, leaves the install better than the last person left it and always cleans up any debris. He also walked me through the computer app for the new garage opener to made sure I understood the functionality. Great customer service really appreciate you, James! Also, when I called in originally to ask for service, Cathy was very nice on the phone and they could have gotten to me on the same day if my schedule would’ve allowed it!
