HK United Trucks demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and accountability. While driving on Highway 404, one of their trucks was improperly loaded, causing rocks to spill out of the top. One rock struck my windshield, leaving it broken, while others hit a nearby vehicle, nearly causing the driver to lose control. When I contacted the company, they refused to accept any responsibility, leaving me to cover the cost of a replacement windshield. A business that disregards road safety and refuses to take ownership of its actions is not one I can recommend.

Suggestion for you guys pls hire professional drivers because your drivers use phone on highway and they don’t care about speed and traffic change lanes without signal and through garbage example cup of coffee outside the truck while driving. These all dangerous driving activities done by truck 745.

Rip off. Wont stand by their work or service. One of their tires was defective and I went back to get it replaced but they wouldn’t offer any help. Tried to get me to buy a new tire and at their set price. I took my business elsewhere that day. This is after i had all drives and steers replaced over months with them.
