I've been going here for nigh on 20 years. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. And my doctor, is fantastic. I'm happy even to go to another dr. There if she is busy because the doctors that stay there are all fantastic. The revolving door of MAs , Nurse assistants and only one blood draw person etc. can be a bit annoying. Every time I go in there is either somebody new at the desk or in the back and if the lovely gal isn't in for blood draw, you cannot get one. But they've finally gotten the phone system down and have one nice lady up front that has been there a while. Ultimately, it's my doctor that keeps me there. If they could just do what is needed to keep staff in the back, it would be even better.

Dr. Dhingra is truly one of a kind. She goes above and beyond what’s expected, every single time. She listens, follows up, stays in touch, and genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being , not just during the visit, but long after. She’s compassionate, thorough, and incredibly dedicated. It’s rare to find a doctor who takes the time to explain everything clearly, makes sure you're comfortable with your treatment plan, and advocates for you when needed. Dr. Dhingra does all that and more. She treats you like a person, not a number. The front desk staff, unfortunately, can be hit or miss, sometimes indifferent and occasionally a bit rude. But even with that, the level of care Dr. Dhingra provides makes it more than worth it.

It was my second appointment with Dr.Dhingra after I told her me & my family medical history as well as my medical history. I feel very comfortable with her to share what has been going on. She was very carefully listen and give me an advisor as far as start taking Baby Aspirin, etc…. Thank you Dr. Dhingra for extra miles you taken for me. It was greatly appreciated!

I tried calling and setting up as a new patient, but the lady on boarding me was so rude that I ended up hanging up on her halfway through. Also, the earliest available time slot was two months out. I'll be seeking treatment elsewhere.
