Pick up was very easy, the representative picked me up at the airport and then explained everything very thoroughly at the office. There were no surprises or any additional fees. The car was excellent. I was very pleased throughout the rental period. The only suggestion I have for Pakorent is to have another way of contact other than WhatsApp for international travelers, since there were some delays in communicating back on WhatsApp. Overall I was very pleased with Pakorent and do highly recommend anyone to consider them for your next car rental in Warsaw.

Here are some important points to be aware of: 1. Ensure you receive what you ordered; do not accept a damaged vehicle that they claim is an upgrade. 2. No one will meet you at the airport unless you call them first. 3. When returning the car, no one will be there to assist you. Since their office is off-site, you'll need to find your own way back to the airport. 4. If you need an invoice, be sure to insist on getting one. Even then, you may encounter difficulties. 5. As for customer service, they may sound polite on the phone, but once you hang up, you might feel ignored. Perhaps I just had the misfortune of dealing with the wrong representative this time, but it was too much for me to give them another chance. Latest update: Michał, the person who regularly assisted me, apologized on behalf of the company and successfully resolved my invoice issue. Therefore, my critical opinion should exclude Michał, who has consistently been professional. If you contact the company, be sure to request service from him.
