A wonderful modern hotel. Fully 5 stars. Location, food, service - everything is great. The only thing that makes staying at the hotel a little difficult is the offered shaving cream that simply cannot be used. It is not a cream but some kind of parody of a cream. Went for Christmas brunch offered at the rooftop venue. It was fantastic - the food - all kinds, flavorful, fitting of a luxury brunch. The service (as usual for a Four Seasons) was phenomenal. We were well taken care of - very warm, inviting & attentive. We had a great table but it was a bit in the sun so we asked to be moved (as you can imagine….they were fully booked for Chistmas brunch) so we didn’t have high hopes but we asked never the less. They seated us & then told us to give them 10 minutes & they would fix it… and they did. It seemed like the whole team came together, discussed & then re-arranged tables & they set up a wonderful new table in the shade. After brunch we walked around the property - pretty - particularly if you are looking for a beach resort in Dubai with a first class experience.

I had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the hotel, which made our stay so comfortable. Customer service was also top-notch, as everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The food was a standout highlight. Both the beach restaurant and the main restaurant offered delicious dishes that were beautifully presented. I appreciated the variety on the children’s menu, making it easy to find options my kids enjoyed. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a family-friendly, relaxing, and enjoyable stay!

I'm genuinely pleased with how consistently excellent the four seasons brand is.. we came here straight from four seasons Mauritius and our stay only complemented the amazing experience we had there. |We had emailed them earlier hoping for an early check-in but was told it wouldn't be possible so we were prepared to just go leave our luggage and come back later. It was almost 6:00 a.m. and we were greeted by a nice lady named Anastasia who made our check-in experience so easy and lovely and complemented it with telling us that our room is actually ready! It was such a nice surprise especially with us celebrating a special occasion.. she gave us a tour and accompanied us to our room where we were greeted by a very delicious desert celebrating our happy occasion. |During our stay, we were truly delighted with every member of staff we met or interacted with from the cleaning staff who kept leaving some cute gestures (such as a book mark on top of our books or a glasses cloth on top of our glasses) not to mention the thoroughness of the cleaning and attention to details. The staff responsible for the reception and security were super friendly and always have smiles on their faces, checking on us and asking if we need anything. I wish I could remember every name but I would specially thank aliyor for being very helpful with me throughout my stay.|The pool and beach staff as well made our experience very lovely and I loved that they have a separate pool for kids.|The rooms are very spacious, although expensive, but worth every dirham. With a huge bathroom and a walk-in closet big enough for all you stuff and even more.|I enjoyed the pearl spa as well, and I would like to thank Fatiha for giving me such a relaxing massage.|The only thing that I didn't enjoy - and I think it's because of some renovation - is the breakfast part. Located in the lobby, it was a bit noisy and not big enough for all the hotel guests, and the breakfast options were not worth the value to be honest. Being in Dubai with so many great breakfast options very close by I'd definitely recommend skipping breakfast there and enjoying it elsewhere. |To conclude, I would always recommend anyone to at least stay there for one night and try vacationing according to the Fourseasons standards.
